I used to go into Firefox plugin check every now and then to see if any of my stuff needed updating, and it was really helpful. Now it seems to not be available anymore.

hi IslandMtn, as firefox joined other modern browsers and stopped supporting & loading all npapi-plugins except flash there is really no need for that page anymore. if your flash plugin in firefox is out of date/vulnerable, firefox will block it and warn you about it, so you don't need to check it pro-actively. if you want to do so nevertheless, it's possible at adobe's own flash page at https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
