I have tried turning the pc on and off and always same result. When I click on Create an email and the " Skip this and use my existing email" or " I think I'll configure my account later" Nothing happens. Have tried this 5 times.

Any suggestions? Regards Drachsi

Try this way: 'Menu icon' > 'New Messages' > 'Existing Mail Account'

Seems the problem is with Thunderbird if I have to make a work around?

I could not find what you mentioned.

"Menu icon" means the toolbar button with three horizontal lines.

Other approaches:

1. Tools|Account Settings, or 2. Select an account, click on account settings in the right hand pane, or 3. Right-click an account and pick account settings from the pop up menu.

Once you have Account Settings open, the button at the bottom, usually labelled Account Actions will offer an option to add a new account.

The point is to get you past a non responsive prompt and into the account set up sequence.
