Mozilla Support login rejects my username/password even after resetting several times

I've now created a 3rd alternative account using a different emai address and provider in the hope that this will allow me access to the support community. Both the other email addresses have been in use without difficulty for several years, but although they seem to allow me to create accounts, when I try to log in I'm rejected. They are: david@wright47.me.uk dmw@geminisound.co.uk
