I can get to the 123greetings site & select a card, but it never loads or plays. Also tried to look at other ecards I'd sent, but none of those load either. Have NO problems when using Chrome. Did not have any problems until the most recent automatic update from Firefox. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I love using Firefox & have used it for years without any problems.

Please update your Flash to Version: 26.0.0.137 if it is not https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Direct link scans current system and browser Note: Other software is offered in the download.

Try updating your Video Drivers : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration and not sure if this will help but : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Flash player is most current version. Problem still occurs in Safe mode.

SO did you update your Audio and video drivers as per my previous post ?

I had to Refresh Firefox. That solved my problem.
