Hi, I use TB to connect to three different Providers. (Hotmail., Live.com., GMX)

Most of my incoming/outgoing addresses are shared between those three sites without difficulty.

However, there is one address to which I frequently send that I do NOT wish to be sent from the Hotmail or Live accounts, under any circumstances.

The Check and NotTo Add-ons I have read about elsewhere have been tried, but don't fully address or solve the problem.

Can anyone help make it possible for this ONE address to be "ignored/blocked/barred" by the two Providers, and ONLY sent through the GMX site please?

Thank you,

Ian

Chosen solution

Perhaps you should consider one of these add-ons that are usually recommended to avoid sending from the wrong account:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/thunderbird/addon/identity-chooser/

Hi sfhowes,

Many thanks for the suggestions.

I have just installed "correct-identity" and --- it's absolutely brilliant and exactly what I wanted.

Hope I can reciprocate at some time.

Best wishes,

Ian
