Somehow the master password has been activated for one of my banks and I have no record of the password. How do I de-activate it so I can get into my banking?
How do I disconnect the master password. I have no record of the password and cannot get into my credit union to do business and if the password box comes up I have to close down the computer as it will not let me exit the page that you enter the password to go to other pages or exit without entering the password.

Try to rename/remove the secmode.db file in the Firefox profile folder.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
