Thunderbird is crushing after opening

Hello! I have issue with Thunerbird. Firstly, when I wanted open it, small communicate opened, saying that Thunderbird cannot start because it can't find file MSVCP140.dll. So, I have found this file and paste it to Windows32 and WindowsWOW64 catalogs. When I tried opening Thunderbird the same situation happend with vcruntime140.dll file. So I have done it again but with this file. Later when I'm testing it, Thunderbird opens, but when I try open the mail box, it crashes. It's clo I really don't want to reinstall the Thunderbird, because whole profile is 40GB. How can I fix it? Please help! Greetings, Piotr
