I can't add, delete or change e-mail addresses in gmail. The icon that does this is no longer accessible..

I can send and receive emails using the existing address book. The icon that used to open up the address book for changes, additions and deletions is no longer available on either my or my wife's account. Did I miss something along the way? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This sounds more like a change that has been made by your email service provider (Google) than an issue with Firefox.

I recommend that you contact the Google support team for help with this issue.
