I need to print email orders to a receipt printer. After installing a new printer, the paper keeps spooling about 10 feet of blank paper after the message

I had this same problem with a previous receipt printer, however that time it occurred after installing a Thunderbird update. That's how I know the problem is with Thunderbird and not the printer settings. Also, my receipt printer is able to print from other programs (my POS system) without the same problem.

At Help > Troubleshooting, are you on version 45 or 52?
