the web page I'm logging on to is https://www.advisorclient.com/advisorclient/p/gridLogin & during the log in process the green lock is shown thru-out and the log in gets me to the first page of the account. Then a couple of seconds later the green lock changes to orange and the message "The page at https://www.brainshark.com says:error playing back" appears on the page. Not thinking this is secure I log out and close mozilla and begin the whole process again with the same results - now two days in a row. I don't know how to fix this or if I can.

Try to set security.mixed_content.send_hsts_priming to false on the about:config page.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
