I am continually getting the above message when using Firefox. In sheer desperation I have now downloaded Google Chrome and message no longer appears. Would love to continue using Firefox. I have attempted to find ffmpeg using Start/search but it is not found. Any help would be appreciated.

ffmpeg.exe = ConvertHelper = used by several different programs
