I am receiving an urgent update from url "aipuafile4go.org" and I want to know if this is a scam?
Please let me know if this is a legitimate update, and if not how do I delete it.

No that's not a legitimate Firefox update.

Yes it is a scam and Mozilla does not post Firefox downloads or updates or random weird name sites. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/i-found-fake-firefox-update
Delete what? as you should delete the fake firefox-patch.js file if you saved it to disk, however if you already did try to run this file then you should do some cleaning up your Windows install.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista if you don't already have one. Windows 8/10 have antivirus protection built-in.
