An app: eeventmanger.app has installed on my browser how do I get rid of it?

When I click to go to another page a message comes up at the top of the screen on whether to allow or not, when obviously I want to go to the page. This is a problem especially on time limit pages as I am being locked out no matter how quickly I click on allow.
