I have Windows 7. When I tried to log in to Mozilla, it shows me the "couldn't load XPCOM" error message. I read your suggestion, but I can't do this because I can't get online. So, is there a way to go to Mozilla help without being online? I've, never, had this problem before. This is, only, on my desktop computer. My laptop works fine. They both are Windows 7.
