My flashplayer thing upgraded two days ago. Now I cannot watch any BBC iplayer movie clips on the Mozilla internet provider. They all play on Internet Explorer. Everything is updated and secure. This is obviously one of those glitches Mozilla has from time to time. Maybe if I moan about it on here something will happen. Is no big deal. Cheers.

Believe it or not. I returned to my BBC news page after posting the above and....... the flashplayer is working? Thank you. Whatever you are.

I had the problem - it is of the BBC s own making, I solved it by switching from Flash to HTML 5 option on iplayer site. All working fine even the missing videos on BBC News site.
