Have been trying to download newest version of Firefox as suggested. Tonight download has been in process for nearly four hours and is still incomplete. SOS.
Notified that my version of Firefox is out of date. Have been trying for three nights running to download latest version on Windows. Install has been running for four hours tonight and still is not complete. No error messages, the green line keeps running across the screen and I assured it will launch in "one moment". Help, please. Many thanks.

Hello, after James suggestion if you still unable to download the new firefox version then Start your Windows 10 in safe mode with network support , and then try again from James full installer link.
