I have FF 32-bit and want to upgrade to 64-bit. When I try to open the download I just get a pop-up that says "How do you want to open this file?" I've tried this on both Chrome and FF with the same result. Windows 10 by the way.

hi ScottEOD, does this download link work?: https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-latest&os=win64

You are downloading from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ and not some third-party site?

I don't know if this is obvious but you need to run/open the file with Windows 10 not with a browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome.

When I double click such Firefox .exe installer files in Windows 10 I first of all get a dialogue showing it is extracting, then it asks permission (I do not normally use Admin accounts for day to day work) to make changes, before opening an installer wizard.
