
tbird is now stuck on "troubleshooting information" page; I have no top menu; I have no RHS menu icon; I cannot receive email.
first problem, ~ top 1" of tbird window vanished. that's where the menu bar exists. Then I foolishly opened "troubleshooting information" thinking that might be information for ME to use in troubleshooting TBIRD, but it's the reverse. Now, I have no usable TBird despite closing out and restarting the program. When reopened, it reverts immediately to the "troubleshooting ifnromation" page which, as I pointedout, is usless to me. SINCE i CANNOT RECEIVE EMAIL, IT IS PRETTY POINTLESS TO REPLY TO ME WITH EMAIL.
