Install gets "Your FF profile cannot be loaded." None of your answers apply.

have deinstalled, and tried both nightly and regular ff installs, have removed the folder too. should think i have never installed ff but "knows" i ought to have a profile. there is NO profile mechanism i can find. this message is why i needed to deinstall/reinstall; you have no help that does not assume a profile manager exists. thus, must say good bye forever to your product due to a bad install mechanism? come ON!

win10: firefox run window: firefox.exe -P gets Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded, so much for the "wizard." %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ shows no contents in that folder at all. Refresh firefox is impossible -- cannot install it after all. delete of profiles.ini not helpful. Not sure what I'm missing. I did read the articles before asking. Data processing professional since before personal computers or mice existed, let alone internet.

please try to delete the whole %APPDATA%\Mozilla\ folder structure...
