I need to add an unsubscribe link to my email, but cannot find any instructions on how to achieve this. Any help appreciated- (I am a salesperson, not a technical person)

Chosen solution

If you do not have a website where people can create a logon to an account, then it is not possible for the companies to logon to an account and choose not to subscribe which would update your database with those choices.

In which case, you would need to ask them to respond to email stating they no longer wish to receive any emails and upon receipt of this you would need to remove their details from your database.

You need to be aware that it is possible your emails are going directly into a Junk or Spam folder, which may not be being read or might be being auto deleted.

click on Write Click in composing area 'Insert' > 'Link' Link Text: Type the text eg: unsubscribe Link Location: enter the http://www. etc etc that link would take them to: eg: their logon page so they can access their account and choose options to unsubscribe from eg: newsletters click on OK

Maybe unsubscribe isn't the correct wording. I am sending unsolicited emails to companies. If the receiver no longer wishes to receive the emails, I need to have something to capture their information and remove them from my Contact Database.
