hOW TO INSTALL "UPLAYER" PLUG IN

I need to install the Uplayer plug in. It Does not show in the list of plugins. I have the uplayer.exe program installed. I am using windows10.

I had it installed at one time as a plug in but it is gone now.

I would use it in connection with a D-Link monitoring program.

At one time it asked me to allow public networks to access my system. Then it worked. 

D-Link techs tell me to activate it in plug-ins but it does not show there.

Do you have suggestion? Thanks George
