My internet explorer doesn't always work like I would like it to so I have been using Google Chrome more and more. I just have not figured out how I can get my Thunderbird Email to work in Chrome. Is there a way?

Chosen solution

Thunderbird should have an icon on the desktop, on the start menu and usually on the taskbar at the bottom of the window. The icon for Thunderbird is a smaller version of the following picture.

Thunderbird uses the Internet browser that you have marked as default in your operating system.

So, can I use it in only one browser then or is there a way to get to it from the browser that isn't the default browser?

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish. Thunderbird does not need a browser to work. The only time a browser comes into play is when you click a link to a webpage and then it hands that link off to your default browser.

Seriously? Had no idea, So, I can use Thunderbird without a browser at all? I have always gone to Internet Explorer and then clicked on the little envelope icon in the upper right.

Thanks for all the help. I guess that is the best way to make it work for me. I was making it hard and after going to Chrome, getting out of it and going to IE when I didn't need to. Thanks!
