Is Thunderbird fully compatible with Windows 10-64bit Education? Are there any "known issues"?

I have seen many issues with Thunderbird and Windows 10 on your forum. I will be installing it on an new computer for a user whose only use of her computer is for email and Thunderbird. ALL her past emails and attachments are in Thunderbird. She is a very high profile user and if there are going to be issues, I need to find out about them before rather than after putting it on her new computer.

I use it on windows 10 no issues. I know of others that do as well.

Do people have issues, yes they do, but that is not a compatibility issue.
