There have been certain websites that I have noticed lately that I have been able to load on firefox, but when I get there, I can't click on on anything. When I open the website up in Safari, it works just fine. The two websites that I have noticed this happening were Toluna.com & Birchbox.com. I am not sure how to fix it!

Are those the only sites with the problem? Others?

Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

There may be other websites, those were just the first two that I noticed.

I updated all of my plugins and also tried in safe mode. I still can't click on things on those websites!

I had no problem with those sites.

As a test, disable your protection programs.

Remove History For One Site Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.
