I spoke with Norton who said there is a security issue that Firefox has not fixed. I am able to see the norton toolbar but it does not have all of the components, specifically Norton Identity Safe. Please advise what I can do to have this remedied. Norton advised using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer until Firefox can fix it, I don't want to switch back to one of those unless I have to.

Chosen solution

This is not due to a security problem in Firefox. It is due to Symantec underestimating the amount of work needed to adapt its toolbar to a change in Firefox last Fall. They are now projecting August 2016 for a fully functional Identity Safe in Firefox.

Unfortunately for the time being, Firefox users are having to copy/paste passwords between Identity Safe (on the web, I guess?) and sites where they want to log in, or switch to a different password manager.
