How can I change my internet supplier?

I switched from Comcast to ATT recently. However, my Thunderbird keeps trying to get my Email from Comcast--which no longer work for me. I tried uninstalling Thunderbird and reinstalling after restarting my computer. However, it still looks to Comcast for my Emails. I do not understand how to change the pop3 and other technical stuff. Is there an easy solution for an 85 year old dummy?

Click the 3 line AppMenu button and select New Message-Existing Mail Account. Add the new account to Thunderbird.
