Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Windows 10. Firefox doesn't start, reinstall or uninstall. It keeps asking for a system restart. I deleted files from program files, application data, but it didn't solve the problem. I don't have a restore point, so I can't make a system restore.

Could you please tell me which records should I remove from system registry or which files should I delete?

Best Regards,

YC

Problem Solved:

Firefox was accidentally installed directly to Program Files (ex: D:\Program Files), not a subdirectory of it (ex: D:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox). Removing some files in Program Files directory, which I believe they belong to Firefox installation has fixed the problem.

That was very good work. Well Done.
