I was able to use Google Hangouts before downloading the latest version. Now, all I get is a black screen - no video, no icon, nothing.

When I click on the video button at the Google Hangout page, all I get is a black screen without any icons or toolbars. When I tried to upload a screen shot, the image wouldn't load.

Thank you. There were no additional updates for my graphics drivers but I was given an article from Mozilla support which showed me how to turn off the hardware acceleration.... I can now use hangouts again...
