Lenovo E520 updated from windows 7 to 10 (when it first came out) Recently installedd Kaspersky 2016 Unable to load any pages on FF, other computer works fine. Tried the C:ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP16.0\Data route to install 'fake' Kaspersky certificate but unable to gain access to folder even though I have gone through elevated administrator access.

hi, what kind of error message are you getting and does it only affect secure sites (starting with https://)?
