Sorry to hear about the crashes. The "mmhk" program that shows up in the crash report just before Firefox crashes is associated with a program that many consider unwanted software. Could you check whether you have it:

These are the company's removal instructions for Mac -- I don't know how reliable they are:

Option 1

  1. Quit Firefox browsers for all user accounts on the machine.
  2. In Finder, select Applications, then PremierOpinion.
  3. Click on PremierOpinionUninstall.app. A window will appear asking you to enter a name and password to add a new helper tool.
  4. Use an Administrator user name and password and select Add Helper.
  5. Once Add Helper is clicked, the software is removed.

Option 2

  1. Quit all Firefox browsers for all user accounts on the machine.
  2. Locate the PremierOpinion folder in the Applications directory.
  3. Drag the PremierOpinion folder to the Trash.
  4. Enter the administrator name and password, then click "ok" to complete uninstall.
