After latest upgrade, Firefox crashes on opening, or crashes when I go to the help page. I'm currently searching on Microsoft Explorer. I am using Windows Vista 6.0 service pack 2.

If I open Firefox directly, it crashes and windows says it will go and look for a solution. It will open from a secondary source, say a link from google or an email. However, anytime I go to Firefox Help, it immediately crashes.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."

If not, see this:
