Netflix not working on Firefox, despite restarting redownloading sliverlight

more options

I've recently gotten the newest version of the Macbook, and downloaded the last update from FireFox. Everything works smoothly, until I go to play something on Netflix. I have deleted and re-downloaded Silverlight multiple times, made sure my Java is even updated, double-checked to make sure everything is up to date. For some reason, Netflix still comes up with this error:

Woops, something went wrong... Digital Rights Management (DRM) Error

Did you try the other "Steps for Mac" in their support article:

  • Delete the PlayReady folder
  • Make sure your OSX profile can access Netflix.com

Yes, I have done everything they asked, and unfortunately it doesn't work. I can watch Netflix on Safari, but I'd much rather use Firefox as it's faster.
