Page download halted when mouse/curser stops moving

I need to continuously move the mouse/curser for the pages to download. As soon as I stop, the download stops. Please help as this is frustrating. I have Windows Vista.

hello clverba, multiple other affected users have reported that this was an issue caused by malware on their pc. please run a full scan of your system with the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner (both these security tools are free).
