Basically you can't. Outlook has a 'recall' feature but it only works in limited circumstances. Gmail (and maybe some other providers) has an 'undo' feature but it only works when you use their webmail interface: http://www.howtogeek.com/161762/why-you-cant-undo-sending-an-email-and-when-you-can/
