Hi, I cant sign into my account with <email removed>. I uninstalled from old computer and trying to setup on new computer but keep getting an unexpected err

Refreshed firefox Restarted computer Uninstalled firefox and reinstalled. Started firefox in "safemode"

Still nothing.

If I create a new account it works but really want my old account to work as I have loads of bookmarks!

hi, yes there are currently an ongoing service outage affecting logins with firefox accounts. mozilla engineers are aware of it and working to resolve it. please try it again a little bit later & sorry for the inconvenience!
