Searching for a site, I got a message banner that said 504 Gateway Time-out..what does it mean ?
What is this error ? Seems like I have seen it before but can't recall...

Hi This message shows because, The 504 Gateway Timeout error is usually a network error between servers on the Internet or an issue with an actual server, meaning the problem is probably not with your computer, device, or Internet connection. This usually means that the upstream server is down (no response to the gateway/proxy), rather than that the upstream server and the gateway/proxy do not agree on the protocol for exchanging data.
Fix the 504 Gateway Timeout Error:
This is show due to slow IP communication between back-end computers, possibly including the Web server. Only the people who set up the network at the site which hosts the Web server can fix this problem.
