I was searching for an email from a contractor, and something happened and a stop sign appeared next to his email address. I may have accidentally hit something (which is more than probable). I am not sure what I hit, or how it happened, but the only way I can see his emails are to actually open my browser and see them, rather than using Thuderbird.

That is exactly what happened! Thank you! I had not heard of the "Ignore Thread" option.

Good to hear all is now ok.
