I had to reinstall thunderbird and my emails are not there.

Hello, I had to do a refresh on my computer and it deleted all of the apps I had and told me I needed to reinstall. So when I reinstalled thunderbird, I noticed none of my emails are there. I work in customer service and they were all from clients so they are important. Can you assist me in getting them back? I also lost my entire address book!

You need to check whether your 'refresh' process did create a backup of your Thunderbird profile. You may ask in a Microsoft forum. If there is a backup we can go from there.
