Hi, i have formatted my system...; few hours ago and updated windows 7...on it and in the process lost all bookmarks list and favorites...in firefox... Is it possible for you to send me a report for previously used bookmarks/favorites...lists via machine number that i am providing to you... I understand that the computer's operating system was updated. Unfortunately Firefox sync is not meant to be a back up. However you can check to see if the previous profile is still on the computer if nothing was wiped.
