Prior to converting to Firefox from Internet Explorer, I was able to open the Weather Bell site and view all the weather maps without difficulty. The main page requires a plugin and I don't know how to find the correct one and how to install/download it.

Help!!!!!

Works fine for me(W10, Fx 44+, Flash). While you are about it, get rid of your MindSpark Toolbar Platform Plugin Stub. Google for information and removal advice. Do you use it? Do you know what it is? I've asked this perhaps twenty times without response.

Your system details list doesn't show the Shockwave Flash plugin as installed and enabled.

  • Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins

You can find links of the latest Shockwave Flash player for Firefox on this page:

You can verify on the Adobe Flash Players Test Page that the Flash plugin is working and which version you have.
