messages arrive in my webmail on the desktop en enter normally the inbox of Thunderbild. only volumes of 8 Mb or bigger do not go through and stay in the webmai
Provider : UPC in the netherlands messages with a volume bigger than about 8 Mb, are not arriving in my inbox of thunderbird, like smaller messages do without a problem the big messages ( > 8MB)block the channel, till I have delete this big messsages, in the webmail. After the delete everything works normal. This problem is already longtime there. My provider thinks it is not on their side

using an anti virus to scan incoming emails? Try turning it if and letting the mail just download. Most issues are caused by the time it takes to scan the email.

The setting of thunderbird was incorrect and limited till 3 Mb, while provider limitation is 25 MB Thanks for the reaction Aad kervezee
