when i'm print, i don't need andress and date/time, how to vanish that ?

i try to change it from my printer setting, but it's still there.. when i'm printing, the address source is on the tope and date on the buttom.. page x from x in the buttom too... what to do ? i don't want this.. i pritty sure that is made by firefox, i tryed turn off any option from the printer setting..
