Can't access Comcast email. IE works, Firefox doesn't

Comcast recently had a widespread problem with their email. People (including me) couldn't access it. Finally, today, I was able to access it using IE, but all I get is "undefined" on the tab and those wonderful spinning dots when I use Firefox. (which I prefer) Does anyone know what is causing this and what I can do to fix it? I've tried everything I can think of.
