Updated Norton antivirus today & have the following message:Norton Identity Safe cannot be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled. Fix?
Today I renewed my Norton antivirus on two of my computers. I have a similar message on both computers that Norton is not enabled in my Firefox. I spent an hour on the phone with Norton & never got it resolved. Any suggestions from this side of the issue? I appreciate it. Thanks, Donna

hello, according to norton the toolbar is already compatible with firefox versions including the current release version. please run the norton liveupdate utility repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the toolbar is enabled under firefox > addons > extension afterwards.
