Neither my Nectar or my Norton Identity Safe addons work after a Firefox upgrade and I can't get them back. What can I do to get them back?

Norton Identity Safe needs to be updated for every new version of Firefox. And there's been an issue with it since Firefox 40 or 41 was released, which I think Norton finally corrected. https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-toolbar-limited-compatibility-patch-firefox-43-available

As far as Nectar, I have no idea what that extension is - and it doesn't seem to be hosted at AMO. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=Nectar
