Since your homepage settings are located in the Firefox preferences, it is not possible to do this without preventing all Firefox preferences to be synced.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you would like to stop your Firefox preferences from syncing or decide what other information Firefox syncs, please refer to this Mozilla support article:

Only prefs that have a corresponding services.sync.prefs.sync.* pref that is set to true will be synced to other devices.

There are services.sync.prefs prefs related to set which prefs to sync and you can set the corresponding services.sync.prefs.sync.xxx pref to false to prevent syncing a pref.

You can set the services.sync.prefs.sync.browser.startup.homepage pref to false on the about:config page to prevent syncing the home page setting.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
