I refreshed my Firefox since I was getting tons of annoying pop-ups and now I can't access anything: no Facebook, no google, no webmail. How to fix?

Since I refreshed Firefox yesterday I can't access anything. All the sites I usually use are blocked and I keep getting the message that "this connection is untrusted" this might be the end of using Firefox for me if I can't get it to work...but of course I can't even download google chrome since Google is blocked...sigh!

Have you tried to delete it then reinstall it from play store?
