Sorry, but could you describe this problem in a little more detail.

What kind of system has this problem: desktop PC running Windows XP or a different version, a Mac, an Android device?

When you start Firefox, are you getting the normal home page?

Is the problem that when you get the normal home page, there's no way to search or move to a different page?

Walk us through it a little bit. Thanks.
