What phone is it as it needs a ARMv7 cpu (and not say a Intel or quad-core) so the old discontinued Flash Player 11.1 from Adobe has a chance of working on it.

Keep in mind that many sites may be looking for a more current Flash Player version and not 11.1.x that was used on Android/Playbook.
