My filtered email goes to postini. I can not access them with the password I have. I cleared the cookies and cache from my computer, per your sites suggestion, trying to fix another problem. Now I don't believe my password will work, so can you tell me how to reset my password to postini so I can retrieve my filtered messages. Thanks

Hmm, do you mean you can't retrieve your "good" email using your regular username+password, or you can't access your quarantined junk mail using your Postini password?

If there is a problem connecting Thunderbird to your Google Apps email, hopefully that's something a support volunteer can help with.

If there is a problem accessing the Postini website in a browser, I think you will need to check with your mail administrator or Google's support pages for assistance.

I can access my good email. I just can't get my quarantined junk mail. Can I fix that through Mozilla or do I need to contact my service provider?

If you can't view your quarantine in a browser, I'd contact your service provider.

If you can view your quarantine in a browser but you are hoping to integrate it with Thunderbird, hmm, I don't know if that's possible.

Thank you so much for taking time to help me. I've not had problems before accessing, until after I cleared the cookies and cache. So I'm sure my service provider will be able to help. I just wasn't sure if I needed to start with Mozilla or them. Mostly it's because I have no idea what I am doing. Thanks for helping me out.

Maybe I should add: if you can log into Postini normally in another browser such as Internet Explorer and only Firefox has a problem, then we would want to look into Firefox settings and add-ons that might affect logging in, such as cookies, password managers, etc.

I tried Internet Exp. seems there is a transition to Google Apps going on. I'll contact my provider tomorrow and see what I need to do. Thank you so much for your help
